1. Order Processing Times

To ensure fast delivery, our system begins processing orders shortly after they are confirmed.

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday).

  • Processing Schedule: Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Modification Window: Once processing begins, cancellation or modifications are no longer guaranteed.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 When Cancellation Is Allowed

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not entered the processing stage.

  • Status: Payment Completed, Not Processed: Full cancellation allowed.

  • Status: Processing Started: Not guaranteed; we will attempt to stop it if possible.

  • Status: Shipped: No cancellation. Please follow our Return Policy after delivery.

2.2 When Cancellation Is Not Possible

Cancellation cannot be provided when:

  • The order is already being packed or a shipping label has been created.

  • The order has already been picked up by the carrier.

  • The request is made more than 12 hours after the order was placed.

3. Changing or Modifying an Order

We support changes whenever possible, depending on the current processing stage of your order.

  • Types of Changes Allowed: Size/color updates, product swaps, shipping address corrections, or adding/removing items.

  • Address Changes: Corrections must be submitted immediately. Once shipped, no changes are possible, and you may need to contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) directly for rerouting options.

4. Fees and Refunds

  • No Fees: There are no cancellation fees if the order is canceled before processing.

  • Price Adjustments: If a modified item costs more, we will send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

5. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please wait for the package to be delivered and then initiate a return. We offer a 30-day return window with no restocking fees.

6. Special Circumstances

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer a full refund or a replacement of equal value.

  • Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally placed duplicate orders, notify us immediately. We will refund the duplicate if it hasn't shipped.
