Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only, including:

All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii).

The contiguous United States.

APO / FPO / DPO military addresses (subject to carrier approval).
Note: At this time, international shipping is not available.
Shipping Costs & Carriers
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping to ensure transparency with no hidden fees at checkout.

Our Carriers: We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce to ensure the most efficient delivery based on your specific location and package size.
Delivery Timeline
Your order’s journey consists of two phases: Handling and Transit.
1. Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days All orders require processing before shipment. This includes:

Quality inspection and secure packaging of your items.

Shipping label preparation and handover to the carrier.
2. Shipping Time (Transit): 3–7 Business Days Once picked up by the carrier, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days nationwide.

Note: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, rural areas, or APO addresses may require additional transit time.
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–9 business days from the date of purchase.
Business Hours & Cut-Off Time
Orders placed outside of business hours will begin processing on the following business day.

Business Hours (EST): Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Daily Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST.

Weekend Policy: Our processing facility is closed Saturday & Sunday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship Monday or Tuesday.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email featuring:

Carrier name and tracking number.

A direct tracking link.

Estimated delivery date.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier has scanned your package.
Customer Responsibilities
Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including apartment, suite, or unit numbers). Themawers cannot refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect information provided during checkout.
Returned-to-Sender If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or being unclaimed:

Customers are responsible for reshipment costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Issues & Support
Damaged Items If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product.
Missing or Lost Packages

Marked Delivered but Missing: Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us.

Confirmed Lost: If a carrier confirms a package is lost in transit (not delivered), we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
